Cardcaptor Alice
Finally!
This picture has taken quite a long time to reach completion, (I guess mostly because I worked on it on and off but still!) though I’m happy to say I think the time has paid off. For this picture I went through the whole works: blue lines, red lines and black lines to many layers of colouring, which takes a lot of time but makes for a much more refined result than my usual scribbles.
[EDIT]
By request a wallpaper version of this picture (complete with some fancy tricks) is now available here. Personally I think its even cooler than this picture. 🙂
Geez, now I wish I had a tablet. 😐
Hehe ^^ Being able to overlay many layers and just hide the ones you don’t want = pure awesomeness for drawing. You could come over some time and I’ll let you play with it for a while. 😀
In other random news: our scanner actually came back to life last week and works just fine now. o.o I have no idea why it stopped working or why its working now but its cool. 😀
Oh, not to mention the ability to like, fade things out etc. 🙂 Yeessss
Grats on the scanner.
Loose wire? :O
I have no idea.
Ahh…the site looks so nice with a ‘Good Picture Collection’ worthy picture on display. ^^
Wallpaper version now up. Check it out 😀
Nice. 😀
Quick one, where’d you get the border? Oh, and, with some creative marquee-ing and layering, you coul do that thing where the order overlaps some of the figure while sitting behind the rest…if you gets what I mean, haha.
The border I got from a site after some google image searching; could possibly find the site again if you want the link. And yeah I did do that psuedo 3-d border (its not that hard, just a single cut to new layer) but decided that it looked better this way anyway haha.
Oh yeah and I used some of those layer type things you taught me about for the wall paper version to great effect (I think) thanks. 😀
